The Photographer - Approach
 

"We make you look your best - and then some!"

This sums up our artistic approach. We use professional lighting that smoothes out those little imperfections. We take lots of shots, keeping only the best few. Plus all of our portrait packages include professional retouching - done but not overdone - giving a well rested look. We give you the digital version of two weeks at your favorite resort!

"I never take a good picture!"

I hear this often, and it is my call to action! If you think you don't take a good picture, then likely you won't. Everybody has good features - it is the photographer's job to find them. A satisfactory end result is its own reward, and can be a real revelation for the client!

"You're done already?"

By working quickly we minimize the awkwardness of posing for photos. If one pose is not working, we move on to the next. With extensive experience photographing events, one learns to move quickly, as the expressive moment will disappear an instant later. It is no different in the studio, and this approach lends liveliness to our finished work.

"I don't feel I'm very photogenic. I told Ed I needed a business portrait but take terrible pictures. Ed made me feel very comfortable and gave me lots of photos to choose from. Lo and behold, he made me look pretty good, and I got one I liked!"
